There’s something for you! Willy’s Schedule page has all the time details. We change our schedule frequently to get the best results for our members. Below you will find descriptions for most of our classes but be sure to check our monthly schedule to confirm the classes offered for that month.
Most classes are included in our Club memberships however some group training classes are fee based check schedule to be sure.
Hit it! Kickbox takes a unique approach to fitness focusing on effectiveness and results. Basic boxing, kickboxing, and martial arts moves are used in class content MINUS the fluff and dance moves! Participants will burn loads of calories while totally reshaping their arms, legs, gluts and abdominal. Come prepared to sweat!
KICKBOX BOOT CAMP
Want to get two of your favorite classes in one? Then kickbox your way to a boot camp workout! This fun class allows you to get all the benefits from both styles by focusing on the two different disciplines during the same workout. You will kick, punch, jab and upper cut and then run, jump, sprint, crunch and do pushups! Great way to maximize your time!
KICK IT UP!
This class is taught by former world champion and our club owner Barbara Niggel and assisted by Professional Black Belt instructors. Barbara made a career out of winning tournaments all over the world now she brings her expertise to Willy’s! This is a high energy class divided into age groups of youth to 8th grade, high school to college, and adults of all ages male and female. This class keeps you moving for 60 minutes, heavy bag work, kicking shields, striking pads, it’s fun, it’s challenging and it gives you results you never thought possible. This is a fee based class and runs in 4 week intervals! Bag gloves/ boxing gloves are required.
A gentle version of 20/20/20 with a flair! This class combines targeted body-sculpting exercises with cardio work to create a calorie- torching, strength training, dance fitness-party!
CYCLE BOOT CAMP
If you are looking to effectively train every part of your body in every way give this class a shot! Start with a traditional group cycle class to challenge your heart and define your lower body, then get into boot camp mode by getting off the bike and moving with all the hottest boot camp style exercises! No Coordination or rhythm required- just a big heart and passion for fitness!
The Ride is our own indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within- sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high!
A multi-level class that has it all! Aerobic movement, weights, bands & plyometrics with abs & stretch. A fiercely fun dance fitness class, inspired strength and functionality and cool down with balance and yoga-inspired poses. Everything in between is just pure fun!
Blast your cardio fitness level through the roof with a full class of the best of any type of cardio training the instructor feels like throwing at you! Some days you may do step, some days high/low impact, some days kickboxing, some sport conditioning – the bottom line, you will challenge your aerobic and anerobic thresholds every time. Come prepared to sweat, breathe hard and get super fit!
A total body workout through dance! With the hottest music as its soundtrack, and a perfect blend of dance, pilates and strength moves, this gentle yet energetic interval based class will tone your upper and lower body and strengthen your core.
Does music motivate you to exercise better? Do you love to dance? This workout is all about the hottest current dance moves choreographed to the hottest club and house beats! Let go of all inhibitions and let the “nightclub like” sounds move you!
Ditch the workout and join the party! This fun and easy to follow cardio dance class combines high energy and motivating Latin music with unique moves and combination that make you feel like you are partying on the dance floor. Easy to follow, and something everyone can do – Zumba is the best way to “dance away your worries”. We promise, exercise has never been so fun!
This class offers three segments of different types of cardio, strength and core based formats that can change every week. Each segment will be approximately 20 minutes long. If you are somebody that likes variety, then you will love the spontaneity of this class. Fusing together intensities and different types of exercises create interval and variation that shock your body into getting more fit!
CORE N MORE
We combine targeted body-sculpting exercises with high energy cardio work to the hottest music. You will use all the toys; light hand weights to tone all the target zones and sculpt your body, balls, tubing and everything in between. This class is the perfect way for cardio enthusiasts to sculpt their bodies naturally while having a total blast!
A revolutionary cardio-based total-body conditioning program based on the principles of MAX interval training. MAX Interval Training allows a person to beat the “stress adaptation response,” which normally happens when your body gets used to exercising at one level of exertion. the results of this is halting your progress on your fitness improvement journey. By using MAX Interval Training, INSANITY pushes the participant to new training heights, resulting in more calories burned, faster results, and a more efficient metabolism. INSANITY’s Interval Training is the pinnacle of cardio training.
The One Stop Body Shock where you will find yourself immediately locked into this high intensity workout. it combines easy, yet effective cardiovascular routines interlaced with weights, and resistance work. it’s a combination that drives up the endurance and gets your body moving. R-Resistance, I-Intervals, P-Power, P-Plyometrics, E-Endurance, and D-Diet.
This specialty class allows individuals to train for improvements in everyday real life activities. Through the use of hand weights, real life functional movement patterns such as twisting, bending, pushing, pulling, lunging and squatting are executed in a FUN creative way. You will walk away feeling more confident and ready to take on daily activities with more energy. Core training, balance and flexibility are all included to create a total well rounded program.
Aerobics wasn’t created until 1989, and it was developed as way to get a high intensity, yet low impact workout. With a portable platform with height adjustable risers, you will do choreographed exercise routines up, onto, down and around the step for great cardio fitness, as well as exceptional training to shape the lower body. Your coordination will be tested at times! If you want strong legs, a lifted butt and a functionally fit core – step this way!
STEP N STRENGTH
An interval class that mixes both step aerobics and strength training in one designed workout. Many times you may not have 2 hours to spend in the gym – so this allows you to work both your heart and your muscles extensively in one class! By doing short circuits of cardio on the step, followed by strategic intervals of strength training, you will definitely leave this class feeling like you used your time efficiently!
Tabata interval training is one of the most effective types of high intensity interval training. Through a variety of simple, yet intense timed exercises, each class will blast the calories and provide noticeable results in a short amount of time. Whether your goal is muscle tone, weight loss, or both, this class will provide what you are looking for.
TREK N TREAD
This is a group exercise class held out on the cardio area of the gym on a treadmill. You will have an instructor take you on a journey surrounded by your friends with hills, runs, sprints, strength phases and endurance challenges. You will have the opportunity to use speed and incline to challenge yourself and get better results. It’s virtually impossible to get bored in one of these classes!
TREADING BOOT CAMP
This innovative class give you the best of both worlds- treading and boot camp! You will be on the treadmills for part of the class to maximize your cardiovascular system and get total body conditioning, but you will also be off the treadmills for a portion focusing more on boot camp style exercises. Too much fun for just one class!
Three dynamic formats packed into one intense class. Cardio bursts will include dynamic step routines, boxing drills, mixed with segments of pure strength training for the total cross training effect. This fun class is something everyone can look forward to!
BACK TO BASICS
Rocky Balboa had the right idea when he went “old school” to prepare for his fight. Join us for a class focusing on the basics of your old PE class. Remember practicing skills? Laps? Relays? Sprints? Push Ups? They all here in one class- better than ever. In addition, it offers body weight exercises, cardio, functional movement, stretches and maybe even a scrimmage. Join us on the basketball court/ the turf for this unique and results driven class that will bring you back to your PE days…in a good way. Grab a towel and don’t be late!
This class is a combination of cardio, boxing, and martial arts providing a total body workout which aims to improve strength, aerobic fitness, speed, flexibility, coordination and balance. Come try one of the most popular fitness trends and kick, jab, cross, hook and uppercut your way to a fitter you!
This invigorating class held in the pool improves cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and endurance using the buoyancy and resistance of the water to give you a safe, effective, fun and “no sweat” workout. It also allows a break from “impact” on the body so you are getting a great workout without pounding your joints, ligaments and tendons.
Known as the Zumba “pool party” gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout. Splashing, stretching, twisting – even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering! If you are looking for a water-based workout that is safe, challenging, cardio-conditioning, body-toning and, most of all, exhilarating beyond belief – this is the class for you!
This high intensity class varies each time. A popular interval class that mixes calisthenics and body weight exercises with cardio and strength training. These boot camps are designed in a way to be different all the time, and push our participants harder than they’d push themselves. We want to keep you guessing and challenge you differently every class! Although our instructors may push you like a drill sergeant, our goal is to offer encouragement rather than intimidation. We want you to have tons of fun- but please be prepared for some high intensity training!
Ultimately we all want great looking abs- but we also have to realize that the entire core of our body is our physical foundation for everything we do in life. So by coming to this class, not only will you get a great 6-pack, but you will set up your body for overall health and injury prevention for the long run. The focus will be on the upper and lower abs, obliques, back muscles, muscular slings used in functional movement, as well as the hips and gluts to develop better balance. Now that’s a healthy core!
Strengthen and tone your arms, shoulders and back in this power class. Exercises building strength and definition in your upper body muscles will be the focus.
GUT N GLUTES
Have you been looking for a class that specifically targets the “problem areas” of the lower body? This class caters to those areas we all want to get firmer- toned thighs, lifted butts and slender hips are just some of the benefits you will receive from taking this class- and let’s not forget that 6-pack!
JUMP ROPE CONDITIONING
Because jumping rope incorporates all the muscle groups and joints of the upper and lower body, it has greater fat-burning benefits than most cardiovascular activities. Not only do you work your heart and burn body fat, but you will also gain speed and agility.
STABILITY BALL CONDITIONING
Utilizing the Stability Ball for strengthening, conditioning and cardiovascular benefits, this class takes a unique approach to fitness. This class will assist in balance, tone, agility and strength for an overall fitness based workout. You will feel the benefits of this class, like no other!
Circuit training is an excellent boredom buster! Whether your’re cycling, running steps, flipping tires, jumping rope, doing squats, planks or conditioning on the stability ball – your mind won’t have time to wander, and your body will turn into a calorie burning machine! All fitness levels welcome.
The BOSU is an inflated rubber dome on a flat, round platform. BOSU actually stands for “Both Sides Up”, meaning that the dome itself can be placed on the ground with either the flat or rounded side up. A BOSU group fitness class can include aerobic and strength in routines (depending on whether the class is a “strength” or a “cardio” class), and will always include flexibility exercises and balance training. Because the surface is unstable and constantly changing, it forces you to maintain your center of gravity thus making the exercises more difficult. Take the challenge to increase the functional strength, stamina and balance of your entire body- particularly your core!

PURE STRENGTH with Willys Fit
Work your muscles in every way possible in this class designed to build strength, add definition, increase your bone density, and decrease your body fat by increasing your lean muscle. Research has proven that by adding lean muscle to the body you can speed up your metabolism and burn more calories when you work out and at rest. You will use hand weights, plate loaded barbells, tubing and your own body weight to change the shape of your body. No muscle gets neglected in this class
If you are looking to build long, lean muscles this is the class for you! Define and strengthen in this unique and challenging workout that targets your arms, abs, hips, butt and thighs. This intense fusion of Pilates, sculpting, body resistance, and ballet-based exercises will change the way your body looks-longer, leaner and stronger! That’s right we said ballet – its not what you think!
Willy’s own hot training class with the principles of four necessary modes of training to amplify athletic performance and fast- track individual results. The competitive type drills will be designed to create strong, lean, agile, flexible bodies with the overall goal of becoming very fit in a short amount of time.
This mat workout is based on techniques developed by Joseph Pilates which includes concentrated work on core strength, body alignment and muscular balance. The overall goal of Pilates is to lengthen and tone the muscles of the core without adding bulk. If you are looking for that long, lean dancer body this is the class for you!
Traditional Pilates class but at a faster pace and more advanced level.
A relaxing series of stretches inspired by yoga, sports, and dance to help your flexibility, range of motion, balance and posture. A great class for any fitness level, but most beneficial if your body is already warmed up. Warm up on a piece of cardio equipment and then add this to the end of your work-out – you will be glad you did!
Mind/Body Strength combines the intensity of weight training with the core strength of Pilates and the discipline of Power Yoga. You will use hand weights, stability balls, tubing and your yoga mat. You will be challenged to develop muscle tone, core strength, stability, and an overall mind/body balance.
A Hindu spiritual and ascetic discipline, including breath control, simple meditation, and the adoption of specific bodily postures, which is widely practiced fo health and relaxation. Regular yoga practice will help transform both your mind and body ultimately helping you find an inner calmness/peace, enhance your balance and stability, leave you feeling stronger and more centered.
