Lead by Dr. Judy Yorio, our fitness department constantly continues education in a wide variety of subjects including step up rehabilitation. Recommended by both Cape Cod Healthcare and other local physical therapists, our trainers work with area medical professionals to continue your rehabilitation services after you are released by your doctor or insurance.
Personal training or group training available in all departments
Training can happen in many different ways and Willy’s offers the widest variety of options. Whether you choose to use the pool for non weight bearing exercise with your trainer or a vigorous work-out on the tennis courts, its nice to have options.
Another option is to choose group training with friends old or new – it’s fun, produces results and makes training easier and affordable. We offer one on one or group training in every department so go ahead get creative – it’s all about you.
