This is a group training that is always different. Strength, flexibility, stability, endurance, functional training and mobility make this a perfect combination for success! Kettlebells, Dumbbells, TRX and bodyweight exercises are used.
You can register on line for your training session and guarantee your spot.
Members – Single Session $12: Series Pass 10 sessions $100
Non-Members Single Session $25: Series Pass 10 sessions $199
