Dr. Judy Yorio – Director of Personal Training
Judy joined the Willy’s team in 2001. She received her Doctorate in Behavioral Fitness and Exercise Physiology from the University of Georgia. Judy enjoys running, kayaking and fishing.

Brenda Miranda – Director of Group Exercise in Eastham
Brenda joined the Willy’s Team in 1997. She works with all ages and fitness levels and specializes in resistance bands, stability ball, plyometrics, Spiri ball, pilates reformer, and aquatic exercise.
AFAA Certified as a Group Fitness Instructor and has completed courses ISSA, AAAI, Certified Personal Trainer in ACE, Madd Dogg (indoor spinning), Peak Pilates, Bosu, Spiri ball and Aqua Fitness.
Certified in CPR/AED and First Aid.
Philosophy: Variety truly is the spice of life, so include all styles of exercise to make it fun and different.
Jodi Smith
Jodi joined the Willy’s team in 2008 in membership services. With her extensive background in dance, Jodi returned to Willy’s in 2011 and began instructing in our group exercise program and has expanded into the arena of pilates and pilates reformer. She is an AFAA certified personal trainer, pilates and group instructor. Jodi is also a semi-professional dancer currently with the Tides Dance Company and previously with the Boston Ballet and Les Grande Ballet Canadiens. She has been teaching dance for 17 years. Jodi is CPR and AED certified by the American Heart Association.
Philosophy: With commitment, consistency, and conviction anyone can reach and maintain their fitness goals.
Eric Eklund
Eric joined the Willy’s Team in 2006. He enjoys both educating and challenging people of all ages and fitness levels.
ACE Certified Personal Trainer. Certified in Adult CPR.
Areas of Expertise & Interest: Sports specific athletic training at the high school / college level. Strength and conditioning for the general population.
Philosophy: The body never lies. Listen to it. Practice proper exercise, nutrition, hydration and you just might like what you hear.
Kym Daszuta
Kym joined the Willy’s team in 2008. She received her personal training certification from AFAA. Kym is also certified in pilates reformer by the New York Pilates Teaching Program(USPA). She enjoys working with athletes and also people of all age groups and fitness levels. She also enjoys helping those with any limitations they might have due to an injury or illness.
Interests: All sports (New England Teams), nutrition, fitness, Pilates, running and field hockey.
Philosophy: Any type of bump in the road of your fitness goal can be smoothed out and those goals can be accomplished with your body, mind and well being.
Colin Mahoney
Colin is joining the Willy’s team this summer. He has been a personal trainer since 2007 in a variety of places on and off the Cape. Including doing resistance and land training for the Cape Cod Rowing Club.
Interests: AAAI-ISMA certified personal trainer. Medic First Aid: CPR, AED, and First Aid certified. Colin keeps workouts fresh by using a variety of functional training techniques: supersets, timed sets, density training, and traditional resistance training. He has worked with a wide range of clients from high school athletes, young adults with special needs to active older adults.
Philosophy: Committing to exercise is the most important thing you can do to improve your life.
Marc Bishop
Marc is a native Cape Codder. He joined the Willy’s staff in Fall, 2012 working in membership services. He has been involved in the hospitality and restaurant business for many years. Marc is completing his W.I.T.S. certification in personal training at Cape Cod Community College. Additionally, he is preparing for the ACE exam.
He has completed the TRX training course is American Red Cross certifies in CPR/AED and First Aid.
Interests: His interests include nutrition linked to his culinary history, functional fitness, TRX training, yoga, skiing, hiking, and swimming.
Philosophy: I’m not telling you it is going to be easy, I’m telling you its going to be worth it.
