HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM WILLY’S!
As we step into a brand-new year, we’re excited to continue building a strong, vibrant community at Willy’s. While we pride ourselves on offering the most complete fitness and sports experience on Cape Cod, we believe one of the most valuable aspects of our club is the social connection it fosters.
That’s why we are thrilled to announce the expansion of THE PLAYER’S LOUNGE, a welcoming space for everyone- members and the public alike.
At The Players Lounge, you’ll find:
Pool and ping-pong tables
Classic games like checkers, backgammon, chess, and mahjong.
A menu featuring delicious meals, cocktails, and soft drinks.
Big screen entertainment on our 10-foot Screen – “Where the game is always on”
Whether you’re here to unwind after a workout, connect with friends, or simply enjoy a relaxed evening out. The Players Lounge is designed to be a place where everybody belongs.
We invite the community to stop by, experience the space, and see what Willy’s has to offer. Keep an eye out for new additions coming over the next few weeks. And remember, social connection is an essential part of total fitness- so make time to enjoy the company of others in this fantastic space.

Are you ready to show off your skills at the table? Willy’s is hosting a Pool Tournament on January 15, starting at 6pm-9pm and then every Wednesday after that.
Registration fee: FREE
Prizes: Awarded to the tournament winner

SUPER BOWL PARTY AT THE PLAYERS LOUNGE
Join us at The Players Lounge for an unforgettable Super Bowl Party! Watch the big game on multiple screens, including our massive 10’ x 10’ screen, and enjoy the perfect atmosphere to cheer on your favorite team.

Introducing Willy's Fitness on Demand: Missed a live class? No problem! Stop by the front desk, choose from pre-recorded classes led by our own Carolyn Hutchings, and we'll set it up for you in the aerobics studio. Whether solo or with friends, it's fitness when you want it!
Live classes remain available for the full in-person experience.

A chilling Tale from the Poolside: The Mystery of the Emergency Exit Door
It was the winter of 2020 when we crafted a cozy, enclosed space in front of the pool - our noble attempt to shield swimmers from the icy blasts in the winter and the heat in the summer every time the emergency exit door swung open. A warm sanctuary was born, keeping the pool inviting and toasty, even in the coldest months and cool in the hottest.
But alas, a peculiar phenomenon emerged! Instead of taking the usual route through the front door some folks- neither swimmers nor polar bears- began sneaking out the pool's emergency exit, unleashing a frosty gust into the once-warm waters. Was it the allure of the forbidden door? A shortcut that whispered "just this once...?"
We must now remind our dear friend's: the pool's emergency exit is just that- for emergencies only. Each time it's used improperly, the chill creeps back in, undoing the warm haven we've worked so hard to maintain. So, let's leave the door alone and keep the pool area cozy for everyone- unless, of course, you'd like to star in the next chilling episode of As The Club Turns!
